Terms of service

General rules

  • Payment is to be made before I start

  • You will not harass me, beg me or plead for me to hurry up or finish faster

  • You may not upload the finished artwork anywhere except ToyHouse without my express permission. If there's somewhere you want it, note me and we can discuss it

  • If you do have my permission you must credit me wherever you do upload it

My rights

  • I have the right to decline a request if I don't feel comfortable doing it

  • I have the right to use the image for my portfolio or as an example of my work

  • I do not have the right to sell or make a profit off of the finished artwork

Your Rights

  • You have the right to request changes at certain points during the creative process. These points are: when I show you the initial sketch; when I show you the lineart; any small changes once I've finished and before I upload it

  • You may make your request as simple or as detail as you want

  • If you made a lineart only commission you do not have the right to colour and upload the lineart with asking me first, giving me credit and linking to the original artwork

These TOS are subject to change or alteration as I need it so make sure to read them carefully.

Design TOS

  • Don't resell them for more than their worth. Commission / your art can be added to the price but free / gift / traded art can't.

  • Credit me whenever you first draw them + on their main ref [either on my equivalent social or if I'm not on a site credit my TH]

  • Please don't use them for anything illegal or bigoted. (I can't stop you but I won't want to work with you again in future)

  • You can use them in comics, videos, stories, whatever. Please just let me know ^^

Won't draw

  • hatespeech/offensive

  • homophobia/transphobia/any other queerphobia

  • racism/xenophobia

  • pedophilia/underage/loli

Will draw most other things within reason.
